It is with sad hearts that the Dawe family must announce the
passing of our sister Sharon Lynn on Friday, April 14
2023.
Sharon was the daughter of the late Douglas and Nellie Dawe
of Clarence Ridge NB. She will be sorely missed by her
sister Nancy Wentworth of St Stephen NB, and brothers Sheldon Dawe and
wife Anne of Toronto, ON. and Brian Dawe and wife Dale of Halifax
NS. She is also survived by one niece Victoria Dawe of
Vancouver BC and one nephew Curtis Dawe of Langley BC.
Although Sharon had no family of her own, she loved
kids. While living with Susan & Wade Stewart, she
developed a close friendship with their grandson Thomas Stewart and
always looked forward to seeing him. She also had a SPECIAL
soft spot in her heart for the late Tommy Lord and I imagine he will
be the first one she will look for inside Heavens Gate.
Sharon always enjoyed animals and over the years
she loved and cared for many, but her dogs played the largest part in
her life. Just mutts that she adopted, but they were the
best, according to her.
I would be remiss if I did not say a heart felt THANK YOU to
the staff at Lincourt Manor St Stephen for your patient and gentle
care of Sis. It is not an easy job you do, but you surely do
it well. Bless you all.
Sharon will be buried beside her parents in the Rolling Dam
United Church Cemetery, Rolling Dam, N.B. on Saturday, June 10, 2023
at 2 PM.
