Scott Foster was born August 18, 1977 and passed away of a heart attack at home on November 17, 2024 at the age of 47.
He grew up on a farm between Greenwater and Marean Lake. He was the youngest child of Gordon and Norma, brother to Boyd and Rhonda.
He attended school in Kelvington, Archerwill and Porcupine Plain for his elementary years. He lived in Victoria when he was 10 and went to school there for a few months. He lived in Fort Providence, NT when he was 13. Scott attended high school in Saskatoon and before finishing he decided he would rather join the workforce than sit in a classroom. A little over a year later he realized the importance of education and went back and graduated. Scott always had lots of friends and split his time between his friends, part-time jobs and school.
After graduation Scott moved to the Quill Lake area working various jobs. At age 20 Scott had a life altering car accident causing catastrophic injuries to his lower body. Against all odds, Scott’s determination and hard work paid off and he was able to walk and return to the workforce.
At age 27 Scott married his first wife and they had two beautiful children. They were his pride and joy. Scott lived in various places, working various jobs, sharing custody of his children.
At 37 he met his soul mate Alishia and married her last summer. They lived in Watrous raising two kids, two dogs and a cat.
Scott leaves behind his wife Alishia, his children Kadence and Wyatt, his mother Norma, brother Boyd (Regina), sister Rhonda (Mario), grandma Alice French, nieces and nephews Bev (Shawn), Cliff, Kathryn, Brody, Zach, Eddie, Ashton and Hailey. Great nephew and nieces Emmett, Peyton, Lilly and Khloe, Alishia’s son Regan, unofficial brother Bob and many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous close friends. Scott was predeceased by his father Gordon in 2006.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Saskatoon Funeral Home Chapel, Saskatoon, SK on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
