Sandra Mary WHITEHEAD
At the Nipissing Serenity Hospice, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the age of 70.
Sandra was the loving mother of Dan and Charlie Leroy. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Everett and Wyatt Leroy. Dear sister of Doug (wife Irene) and Dale. Predeceased by parents Richard Whitehead and Jessie (née Bain), and by her brother Lloyd. She will be sadly missed by her many cousins and friends.
After more than 35 years of clerical service at Ontario Northland Railway, Sandi retired in 2014 as a Rate 8 in the Passenger Revenue Department. She then was able to fully enjoy her passion for gardening.
Respecting her wishes, cremation has taken place.
The family would like to thank ParaMed North Bay and the staff and volunteers at Hospice for their compassionate care of Sandi.
Donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or a Charity of Choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
