Obituary of Sandra Lee Evans
At Victoria Hospital with her family by her side on Friday, March 1st, 2024, Sandy Evans, a lifelong resident of Lovely Lambeth, just days shy of her 85th birthday.
Cherished Daughter of the late Ab and Claire Evans. Loving Sister of the late Patricia (late Jerry) Burr, Bill Evans, Lynda (John) Alguire, and Rick (Marilyn) Evans. Proud and doting Aunt of her 16 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews, and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.
Sandy was proud of her award-winning gardens, an avid horse person and competition judge, loved a good poker game, playing and calling Bingo, and time spent with her loving family and friends.
As per Sandy’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be a private family inurnment at Woodland Cemetery, London.
A Celebration of Sandy’s Life will be held at the Lambeth Legion Branch 501(Lower Hall), 7097 Kilbourne Road, Lambeth, on Monday, April 8th, 2024, from 12 noon until 3 pm.

Sandy’s family wishes to thank the Palliative Care Unit and all the staff at Victoria Hospital for all their care and compassion provided to Sandy during her stay.
