Sandra “Sam” Gail Rashotte (neé Dorrell)
It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sam, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
Sam passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at the age of 75 surrounded by loved ones. She was predeceased by her sons Allan and Ronnie, sister Sharon Levesque and her parents Robert and Faye Dorrell.
Survived to honor her memory are her beloved husband of 58 years Al, daughter Cindy Bridge, grandchildren Allan Ray (Rebecca), Lacey Webb (Jonathan), Taylor Bridge, Cassie Johnson (Michael); great-grandchildren Benjamin Webb, Hailey Webb, Nigel Ray and Paisley Ray. Dear sister of Bob Dorrell (Rosie), Gloria Keller (Walt) plus numerous siblings-in-law, nieces and nephews.
She has left a void in our lives, but she will forever live in our hearts. A private celebration of life will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Sam’s memory.
