Obituary of Samantha Jane Knowles
KNOWLES, Samantha Jane –Samantha passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the age of 33. Beloved daughter of Nancy & her partner Vic Aguiar and George Knowles. Dear sister of Andrew Knowles (Nicole Paquette), Ryan Knowles and Sarah Knowles (Damian DaSilva). Aunt of Benjamin, Brayden, Sawyer and Jude. Niece of Joan Sparks (Steve), Jane McLean (late Owen), Arthur Forester (Caroline) and Jim Knowles (Judy). Also surviving are many cousins and close friends. Samantha also leaves behind her long time companion horse Buddy and chihuahua’s Raphael and the late Alan. Predecased by grandparents Art & Kay Forester and Audrey Knowles and Don Paradis. Creativity takes courage, Samantha had both. She brought colour and light to the world as she did with her art. Samantha was loving and caring and only saw the beauty in everyone she met. She saw and loved those for whom they were, not how they appeared. Samantha was one of a kind, her jokes, smiles, laughter and beauty will be dearly missed. Words can truly not express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you, who in any way had a part in caring for our beloved Samantha during her stay at Palliative Care. Your kindness and sincerity will never be forgotton. A private family funeral service will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. A celebration of Samantha’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 62, 286 N. Front St. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 4-8 p.m. As an expression of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to Bluewater Health, Palliative Care, 89 Norman St., Sarnia, N7T 6S3 or the Sarnia and District Humane Society, 131 Exmouth St., Sarnia, N7T 7W8.
