Born April 10, 1926, in Dipignano, Cozenza, Italy, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024, in Victoria at Selkirk Seniors Village. Salvatore is predeceased by his wife of 62 years Gina, and survived by son Luigi (Vesna), daughter Rosemary (John), granddaughters Tiffany (Gord) and Renee, grandson Brandon (Amie), and great granddaughter Brooklyn. Salvatore will be greatly missed by family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Legion Manor and Selkirk Senior Village for their excellent care of Salvatore over the last couple years.
Funeral Service will be held in Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Entombment to follow at Royal Oak Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

Rosemary, Luigi and families. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your father (and recently your mother). I am sending you countless hugs and strength to help you get through this. My memories of both of your parents are many. They were both great and loving parents. I am truly sorry that you now have to go through this all again with your father. I remember him on his bike the most and the many times he drove us to the movies back in the 80’s. So many memories. I too will miss them both. May they rest in eternal peace.
