THOM, Ruth – passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, after a brief illness on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the age of 85 years.
Ruth Thom (nee Hoffman) of Pembroke, wife of the late Roy Thom. Mother of Roseanne Campbell (Angus) and the late Rick Thom. Grandmother of Amanda Campbell and Melissa Campbell (Tylor Tremblay). Great-Grandmother of Alexa Mohns, Mila Tremblay and Blake Tremblay. Daughter of the late Henry and the late Martha Hoffman (nee Grief). Predeceased by siblings Helen Sabourin (late Rene), Vera Schizkoske (late Ken), Verner Hoffman.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Zion Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
