Peacefully, at The Valley Manor Nursing Home, Barry’s Bay, on Friday, January 05, 2024. Monica Ruddy, in her 100th year of Whitney, was the beloved wife of the late Patrick Ruddy (1991). Loving mother of Lillian Mountney, Earl Ruddy, Margaret Weasner (Roy), Allan Ruddy (Edith), Donald Ruddy, Diane Tennier, and Nancy Machula. Predeceased by her sons David Ruddy, Hugh Ruddy, Clayton Ruddy, and her daughter Linda. Survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends. At this time, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church Whitney, in the spring. Interment St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, Whitney. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
