Passed peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Kington Health Science Centre Hospital at the age of 37. Beloved daughter of Shirley Thomas (John Sturges). Loving mother of Emily Rose Parks. Predeceased by her father Clayton Ruddy (2021) and Emily’s father Joeseph Parks. Loving sister of Mel Ruddy. Elizabeth will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, her aunts Nancy Mochula, Sandra Thomas, and all the Ruddy family. Elizabeth was granddaughter of Eleanor Thomas and the late Edgar Thomas. A funeral service will take place at St. Anthony’s Anglican Church, (Church Hill St.), Whitney, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev. Marilyn Zehr officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to C.A.M.H.(Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation) Toronto would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
