In the early hours of February 6th, 2024, wrapped in the warmth of her electric blanket and the loving embrace of her children, our mother Rosetta May Whalen completed her circle of life.

Predeceased by husband Harold (2002) daughter in law Gertie (2003), and childhood friend and late-life partner Eldred Bambury (2019).
Her children Harold Jr (Alma), Tom (Cathy), Dennis (Annette) and Daphne (Tom), and grandchildren Debbie, Deana, Daniel, Cody Cassidy, Spencer, Casey and Lenore, and special friend Rick Clarke are grateful for her loving kindness and will cherish the memories made over the years.
She will be missed by her surviving siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews, neighbours, colleagues and the broad church community, and especially by her walking buddy Alma.
Special thanks to Danielle Forbes for her kindness and devotion to our mother, and to Melinda Goodwin BN RN and Dr Sarah Small for supporting mom and the family to enable us to care for mom at home.
