“Ronnie”
December 17, 1966 – September 10, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother, Ronnie King, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Ron was a loyal and loving son to his parents, Ron Percy King and Joan Lucille King (Rose), who he is now reunited with. Beloved and cherished brother to his siblings Sherry Robinson, Rhonda (Fred) Mendoza, Jeanne (Steve) Wettlaufer, Bill King, Brian (Jaime) King, sister-in-law Mille King and predeceased by his brother Doug King. Ronnie cherished his days at his grandparents Harry and Vera King’s farm in Lowville, Ontario. Uncle Ronnie will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Shawn (Brenda) King and family, John (Sally) King and family, Cory King, Yvonne (Hamza) Robinson-Younis and family, Ian (Kaneisha) Robinson, Yvette (Kelly) Boomer, Elaine Teed and family, Elisha Robinson, Ashley Mendoza and family, Matthew (Krista) Mendoza and family, Brandon Mendoza, Dylan Wettlaufer, Taylor Wettlaufer, Aislinn, Austin, Dalton, Brock, Leland, Sawyer and Charlotte King.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Milton District Hospital and Oakville Trafalgar Hospital.
A big hug for Ron’s good friend Moxda who sat many hours with him, keeping him company and keeping his spirits up.
You are a true friend. The family is very grateful for that.
Resting at McKersie & Early Funeral Home where friends are invited to visit with the family on
Wednesday September 13, 2023, from 5 pm – 8 pm.
The funeral service will be held in the funeral chapel on Thursday September 14, 2023, at 11 am.
Cremation will follow.
As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or MS Society would be appreciated by the family
