CROWELL, Rogers Eugene “Chip” – 70, It is with profound sadness that the family of Rogers Eugene Crowell announce his passing on August 27, 2023. Chip was a man of many talents and a passion for restoring old cars as it was his favourite thing to do. He was a friend to all and loved to sit around and tell a good yarn, and embellished or not, it was always sure to bring a laugh. Rog worked his whole life to get to where he was able to relax and putter with his hobbies. Some of the hobbies were very much like work but, his heart was with his family. Born in Roseway Hospital, Sandy Point, on May 15, 1953, to Ruth (Sears) and Donald Crowell of Bear Point and later Clyde River, Rogers was the youngest of the bunch. He was predeceased by his parents as well as his brothers, Donnie and David. Left to reminisce about his antics, are his loving wife of 42 years, Elizabeth (Nickerson); their children, Christine, Jason, Tina, Stephanie, Sherri, and Crissi; grandchildren, Ashley, Wittney, Jake, Lily, Raine, Sawyer, Mable and Jett; and great-grandchildren, Lily, Zoey, Victor, Luna, Jacob, and Letti; his sister, Sharon (Russell); nieces and nephews; as well as many In-Law and Out-Laws. The family would like to take this time to thank everyone for their kindness during this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes, Barrington.
