Roger Beaulieu Obituary
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of J. Roger Beaulieu, husband of Pauline LeBlanc, at the Georges L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton, on Wednesday, November 29, at the age of 93.
Born in Salem, Massachusetts, USA, on July 2, 1930, he was the son of the late Cyrice Beaulieu and the late Leda Godbout. He leaves to mourn his wife Puline, his sister Yolande Voisine (late Alban), his seven children: Jacques (Gisèle), Marc, daniel, Maryse (Pierre-Michel), Martine (John), David and Diane (andré), 17 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
For a large part of his life he worked with conviction in the field of education as a teacher, school principal, teacher certification officer at the Ministry of Education in Fredericton and director of Continuing Education at the college. St-Louis Maillet from Edmundston.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Georges L. Dumont Hospital. A special thank you to doctors Pierre-Michel Tremblay, Catherine David and Cynthia Savy. Thanks also to the helping staff at Ocean Hall in Moncton.
Visitations will take place at the Dupuis Funeral Home Ltée at 15, route La Vallée, Memramcook, on Friday, January 12 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, January 13 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. A mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the Saint Thomas Church in Memramcook. A reception will be served in the church basement for family and friends after the ceremony. Burial will be in the Saint Thomas cemetery in Memramcook. In Roger’s memory, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society, Saint Joseph’s Oratory, Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital for palliative care or donor’s choice
