Robin Nelson Caron, born on January 1, 1962, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, passed away on November 10, 2024, in Ardrossan, Alberta, at the age of 62.
Robin was predeceased by his father, Nelson, who passed away in July of this year. He is lovingly remembered by mother, Beatrice; sister, Cheryl; sons, Mathew, Micheal, and Nicholas; grandchildren, Bethany, Dezmond, Nathaniel, and Evan; niece and nephews: Jessica, Daniel, and Jason. Robin also shared a close bond with friends Ken, Chris, and Leon, as well as extended family in Saskatchewan.
Robin was a man of many passions, including woodworking, music, novels, boating, camping, skiing, sitting by the fire, puzzles, the Toronto Blue Jays, and curling. He had a deep appreciation for wolves, which was well-known among those who knew him.
A skilled entrepreneur and craftsman, Robin founded and managed several construction businesses over his lifetime, most notably Nelro Services, which continues to thrive over four decades after its founding. He also built and renovated several properties, leaving a legacy in his Ardrossan home that will be cherished by his children and grandchildren for generations to come.
Robin will be fondly remembered for his generosity and love for sharing a laugh with those around him.
A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (OLPH), 13 Brower Drive, Sherwood Park.
Memorial Donations may be made to OLPH Parish or Nelro Services Ltd., 15377 117 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5M 3X4.
