It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Robert Glenn Wilson in his 57th year on
Thursday November 16, 2023 at the Milton District Hospital with his family by his side.
He leaves behind his loving wife Linda Dent of 35 years.
Forever loved by his mother Susan, his father Glenn (Liz) siblings; David (Shannon) Wilson, Brent Harden (Lori Hikisch)
and Melissa Wilson, mother-in-law; Jean Dent, brother-in-law; Steven Dent, (Michele) and sister-in-law; Brenda Bowles, (Michael).
Robert will be greatly missed by his Aunts; Donna, Nancy and Jane and his many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Robert was passionate about music, he loved live concerts and appreciated talent of all genres. He loved caring for his property, planting trees, landscaping and working hard to keep it beautiful. He enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, canoeing, swimming, photography and hikes with Linda and his dog Max. Robert was a man of detail, he loved to research and learn to do new things which was reflected throughout his working career. He was also a man of faith and held a strong belief in the importance of helping others. Robert was a special person to all who knew him and he kept his friends and family close to his heart.
He will be deeply missed.
In keeping with Roberts’ wishes cremation has taken place.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for Robert on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Lowville United Church
5800 Guelph Line in Burlington. There will be a Memorial Service at 12 noon – followed by a Reception/Celebration 1-3pm.

Milton District Hospital or the charity of your choice.
