Raymond Joseph Benoit Obituary
The family announce the peaceful passing of Raymond Joseph Benoit on Friday, February 16th, 2024 at his residence in Red Brook surrounded by his loving family at the age of 86 years.
He will be loved and missed by: daughter: Loretta (Gerald) Jesso of Degrau, Corina (Wallace) Jesso, Lenore (Ricky) Chaisson, and Karen Benoit, all of Red Brook; sons: Raymond (Nicole), Eugene (Thelma), both of Lourdes, Bailey (Betty) of NS, Jason of BC, and Dale of NS; sister Marie Jesso of Lower Cove; 20 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Raymond was predeceased by: wife Pauline Benoit; grandson Justin Benoit; and parents John Eugene and Annie Bride (nee Young) Benoit.
Following his wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to say a big thank you to the Palliative Care Team in Corner Brook and to the nurses at Western Health in Piccadilly.
