Preston’s Obituary
It is with the most broken of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Preston Ray Eros.
He was the most cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin. He was our constant joy, our biggest laugh, our goofiest moments and our best Buddy.
Preston loved basketball, snowboarding, farming, his Poppas, his family and his friends. He had many dreams and aspirations, including playing basketball in the states and becoming a nurse. He knew who he was, strong and confident, and unconsciously lead others to find comfort in who they were as well. As one of the oldest, he lead his cousins with bravery, hard work and passion, teaching them how to be confident in their skills and encouraging them to try new, and sometimes crazy, things. He was the brightest light in every room, the most charming smile, the biggest energy, and the center of everyone’s joy.
He leaves to miss his amazing hugs and infectious laugh, his Mom, Angelina (Doug), his Dad, Kyle (Tami), his sister, Sydney, grandparents, Gwen, Blaine, Larry and Beryl, aunts and uncles, cousins, and countless others who have known and loved Preston in some way. Reunited with his Auntie Jamie in heaven, we take comfort in knowing they are together and cheering us on from just a little further away.
We will never again know love the way Preston loved; fiercely, joyfully, and, of course, with silliness. We cherish and hold our memories of this amazing boy in our hearts and know he would want us to continue living loudly, finding happiness at every turn, and smiling with every ounce of joy.
A Celebration of Life will take place from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (8601 98 st.) in Peace River on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
