It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, nonno and bisnonno.
Peter passed away on May 19, 2023 at 95 years of age. Reunited with his beloved wife of 60 years Amalia (2015). Loving father of John and wife Cindy (Blenheim), Janet and husband Mark VanCaille (Wallaceburg) and the late Danny (1998). Adored nonno of Katie (Pat), Kris (Alyssa), Kraig (Jena), Josh (Jenn), Nikki (Zac) and Krystal (Chris). Dear bisnonno of Reese, Kinsley, Beckham, Wyatt, Bodhi, Sophia and Grayson. Cherished brother of Aurora, predeceased by Adelio, Aldo, Gianni. Dear brother in-law of Teresina and Yolanda. Predeceased by his parents Vito and Maria. Will be sadly missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Peter was a proud member of the Caboto Club where he enjoyed many years of bocce and fellowship. Peter was an avid bowler as well as a member of the Windsor chapter of Trevisani nel mondo. He was most proud of his grandkids and great grandchildren with whom he loved spending time with.
We would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and especially the staff at the Royal Marquis, Chatham Retirement Resort and Copper Terrace.
Visitation on Wednesday May 24, 2023 from 9:30 am until time of service at 11 am at Families First Funeral Home, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery to follow.
