The family of Patrick McSweeney is heartbroken to announce his sudden but peaceful passing with his family by his side. Loving husband of Gertrude, cherished father of Sharon, and Sandra and proud grandfather of Liam and Ryan. He will also be remembered fondly by family and friends. Family and friends will be received at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave. (between Mohawk & Fennell) on Tuesday April 16th 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Cremation has taken place. and a private family funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the charity of your choice and take a moment to hold your loved ones close.
