It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Patrick Antle of Fox cove announces his passing. Patrick passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at the age of 82.

Patrick was predeceased by parents, Daniel & Katherine Antle; parent-in-laws, Pius & Rita Power; brothers, James (Theresa), Ignatius, Harry and Anthony (Mary Lee); sisters, Mary (Richard), Veronica (John) and Jane (Gus); sister-in-laws, Mary and Sheila.
Pad was always surrounded by a large circle of family and friends who thought the world of him; to know him was to love him.
Pad was the patriarch of a beautiful and ever-growing family, and a pillar in the community of Fox Cove-Mortier. As a devoted family-man, Pad cherished every minute spent with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was incredibly proud of each and every one of their accomplishments. He always loved to have a dance at family or community gatherings, and especially enjoyed sharing Sunday dinner with loved ones. He loved card games with friends where he could carry on and share a laugh, and on nice days he liked rides on his bike and boil ups on the beach. In his working days, Pad was a great skipper who was admired by his shipmates. In recent years, he was an avid volunteer at the church, in the community and at the cemetery. He spent countless hours at St. Patrick’s Parish, sitting on several committees and always willing to lend a hand at the social centre. Pad’s love for his community led him to help out with the Duricle Pond Park and the Duricle Trail. He has blessed his family with an abundance of memories and left a beautiful legacy in his wake. Pad will be missed by everyone who knew him, and will live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones.
