BOWEN Patrick James – peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024. Loved son of Teresa (Walsh) and the late John Edward Bowen. Beloved husband of Blanche Brideau (BJ). Loved father of Gregory Bowen (Andrea) of Cobourg, and stepfather of Nelson Pelletier. Ever remembered grandfather of Mackenzie Bowen, the late Grace Bowen, Ben and Chloe Pelletier. Survived by siblings John (Nancy) Bowen of Muskoka, Cathy (Arnold) Lalonde, and Anne Bowen, both of Cobourg; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 7-9 p.m. at the Rushnell Funeral Homes – Brighton Chapel, 130 Main Street (613-475-2121). Mass of Christian Burial will be from St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 140 Dundas Street West, Trenton at 11:00 a.m. Father Timothy Harrison officiating. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Cobourg. Following the Interment, there will be a reception at the Dalewood Golf Club, 7465 Dale Road, Cobourg from 2-4 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in memory of Patrick may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SickKids Foundation – Grace Bowen Tribute Fund
