Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow we announce the passing away of our beloved mother, nonna, and bisnonna, Paola Andreacchi, (nee Belfiore) on July 16, 2023 at the age of 100.
Reunited in Heaven with her husband Omero, Paola will be sadly missed by her treasured children, Frank (Crocetta) and Ramona, and her cherished grandchildren Christopher, Matthew, and Daniela, and great grandchildren, Adam and Casey.
Paola, was born in the beautiful town of Vita, Prov. of Trapani, Sicily, Italy. She was the eldest sibling of her family yet was honoured to live her life the longest. She felt so humbled and blessed that she was able to reach her 100 year milestone! Her love, influence, wisdom, guidance and strength were continually felt and experienced by all who knew her. She loved God with a passion and made sure that everyone knew this. Her favorite things were gardening and making homemade bread. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and would continually boast about them and their accomplishments. She was a dedicated wife, mother to many, nonna, bisnonna, zia, cugina and friend and was loved and adored by all. Paola was a woman of class and distinction. She was selfless, charitable and always put others first. She faced every battle with courage and hope and was never one to give up. She was the last of a living legacy. This world is a better place because she lived. Our loss truly is Heaven’s gain. And until we meet again, she will be never be forgotten and always deeply loved.
