Ross Calberry at the grand age of 92 years, passed away peacefully at his home in Cobourg surrounded by his family. Ross leaves behind his loving wife of 65 years, Betty (nee Slater), and cherished children Reta, Jackie (Glenn Manson), and the late David (Karen). Ross is remembered with love by his grandchildren Mathew, Halle (Taylor), Ryan, and Laura. He was the dear brother to Margaret (the late Derry Wilford), the late Lillian (late Tom Chalmers), the late Percival (Ann), and the late Douglas (Ruth). He will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his grand-dogs Davena & Payton and grand-bunnies Koda & Meadow. Cremation with Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Thursday, November 9th from 6 to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre on Friday, November 10th from 1 to 4 pm with sharing of memories by family to occur. Interment of cremated remains at Cobourg Union Cemetery will be at a later date. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Canada, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
