In Loving Memory of Norma Jean Goodger
Passed away suddenly at the Haliburton Hospital, on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, in her 75th year.
Predeceased by her parents Jean and Donald Goodger, her brother Brian, her partner of over 25 years Reta Kelly. Survived by Reta’s Family, Micheal (Sandy), Christine (Al), Pat (Mike), Karen (deceased)(Oscar), grandchildren Kelly, Katie, Shelagh, Meghan, Sean, John, Stephen, Brad, and great Norma to 10 great grandchildren. Will be lovingly remembered by her dear friend Nina Harris and she will be missed by many.
After Retiring from Kids Can Press, Norma fulfilled her dream of living on Kushog Lake fulltime. She was the past president and founding member of Kushog Lake Property Owners Association, member of Minden Pride, the Stanhope Museum, and Highlands Festival Singers.
A Celebration of Norma’s Life will be held at a later date.
