It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Nicolette Jeeninga (predeceased by loving husband Gerry Jeeninga) at the age of 92 at her home on September 4, 2023. She will be greatly missed by her children Emely, Anne (Perry) and Boyd, grandchildren Amanda and Kyle, two adorable great grandchildren, Hailey and Hayden and close family friends Laurie and Mark. Nicky was a kind hearted woman who was always there to help her family, her friends, and her church. She was a strong woman, who was fiercely independent, always supporting everyone else and never complaining about anything. She was a hard working seamstress, and she loved to sing in the choir, but what she loved most of all was spending time with her family and friends. Nicky was a loving soul who blessed her loved ones with memories that will be cherished in their hearts forever. She will be missed dearly by all.
Professional arrangements entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. Memorial visitation will be held at the Renfrew Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, September 20th from 1:00-2:30 pm followed by a memorial service at 2:30 pm.
