Culham, Nemia (nee Ancheta) – Passed away unexpectedly at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday December 11, 2024, at the age of 80. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon “Ross” Culham (2010). Cherished mother of David John Culham and stepmother of Sherry-Ann Worboys. Proud grandmother of Malaya Culham and Bently Culham and step-grandmother of Timothy Worboys and Jacqueline Worboys. Beloved sister of Ruth Jornadal. Nemia will also be sadly missed by the mother of her grandchildren Lisa Culham, her mother-in-law Clara Culham, her many nieces, nephews, extended family, in-laws, and friends. Predeceased by her sisters Leonora Abuyan, Virginia Esmile, Rosita Scott, Priscilla Anilao, Aurea Yap and Fe Paradeza, her brothers Samuel Ancheta and Jolly Ancheta, her parents Benita and Segundo Ancheta and her father-in-law John Culham. Nemia was a devoted employee of Sun Beam Lodge, where she will be sadly missed by the staff and residents’ past and present. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where family and friends will be received on Sunday December 15, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-9p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday December 16, 2024, at 10a.m. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sheffield United Church or the Diabetes Association.
