Memorial Donation
Mr. Nathan Moreland, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at University Hospital, in London, at the age of 36.
Nathan was born in London, Ontario and is the beloved son of Jennifer (Claudio Zimmerman) Moreland and Richard Babbitt.
Sadly missed by his grandparents Gary (the late Connie) Moreland and Betty (the late John) Babbitt.
Kind brother of Nicole Moreland, Anna Babbitt, Cameron Babbitt and Caleb Babbitt.
Survived by his aunts Pat (Mike), Yvette (Barry) and uncles John (Margie) and Rob.
Special and close friend of Terra, Tammy and J.R. and Wendy & Chris Gauthier.
Fondly missed by Ron Cooper.
Also survived by his nephew River and his niece Tahlah.
Predeceased by his uncles Vance and Darryl.
Nathan loved playing cards/euchre and darts, enjoyed the dragon boat races and was a baseball and hockey fan, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs. He won a gold medal in the 2006 Canadian Special Olympics for Team Ontario.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1-4 p.m. Cremation will follow.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from the CBD Club, in Wallaceburg, from 1-4 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Breakfast Club or the London Health Science Centre/ Epilepsy/Norse may be left at the funeral home.
