Nancy Louise Charbonneau Fitzsimmons
August 8, 1970 – September 7, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce Nancy’s passing on September 7, 2024 at the age of 54.
She leaves her three children, Tyler (Kelly), Lauren and Brett Fitzsimmons, grandson Ben, and her husband Steven Fitzsimmons. She is also survived by her father Ron Charbonneau (Mary) and her mother Susan Charbonneau (Larry). She is also survived by her half siblings Kate (Matt Fry) and Jim.
Nancy treasured her friendship with Kim McEwan, her steadfast best friend for more than 40 years. Nancy had a great sense of humour. Her laughter was infectious and made her an absolute joy to be around. She loved her cats. She enjoyed reading and listening to her favourite music of the ‘70s. She volunteered her time visiting with, and reading to, seniors and the disabled. Nancy would most want to be remembered for the deep love she felt for her children. The family would like to thank the competent and caring staff of the Bonnechere Manor for taking such good care of Nancy.
