Nancy’s Obituary
After a short battle with cancer, Nancy peacefully passed on November 11th, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. Nancy leaves behind her loving husband Ben. Cherished mother of Jeff (Stephanie Loughead) and Cinnamon (David Fielding). Proud grandmother of Devan (Amber Zupan), Emma, Lucas, and Sarah Fielding. Mother-in-law of the late Cindy Depew (2015). Nancy will be deeply missed by brother Tom (late Anna, 2023), sister Sherry Fletcher (Gary), and sister-in-law Janet Crawford (Roger). Predeceased by parents Angus and Betty Lunn and in-laws Lew and Doris Depew. Nancy will be missed by nieces, nephews, family, friends, and neighbours.
Nancy spent her married life as a homemaker. She gave her time and talents to different organizations such as various churches and the Paris Agricultural Society for 35 years. The family would like to thank Ontario Health at Home, CBI for nursing care, as well as Dr. Godzisz from Brantford General and Stedman’s Community Hospice Outreach Staff.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home where a Private Family Service will be held. In accordance with Nancy’s expressed wishes, cremation has already taken place. In Nancy’s memory, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either the Paris Agricultural Society or Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
