Obituary of Monica Beattie
Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Sprucedale Care Centre on Saturday, September 21, 2024, Monica May Beattie (nee Parry) in her 85th year.
Beloved wife of Michael Beattie, of 48 years. Loving mom of Christine Carson (Brian McDade) and the late Mark Lloyd (2014 ~ retired Royal Canadian Navy) (Kelly). Devoted Nanny of Jonathan Carson, Elizabeth Carson (Dwayne), Adam Carson (Allison), Adrienne Lloyd, Paige McDade and Natalie Gerstmar and 8 Great-Grandchildren and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. Monica will be missed by her family and friends throughout Wales and Ontario.
Friends will received at Denning’s of Strathroy, 32 Metcalfe St. W. on Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Denning’s of Strathroy on Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to London Humane Society.
