It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Molly Ash (Malka bas Yoseph Laib) on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. Molly was a Holocaust survivor, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Sam Ash (Uszerowicz), mother of Rochelle Socken, Harvey Ash and Gloria Sugar, mother-in-law to Paul Socken, Ellen Ash and Perry Sugar, cherished grandmother to Suzanne Socken, Deborah and Shlomo Weissmann, Andrew Ash and Rachel Cohn, Rebecca Ash and Itay Hatam, Michael Sugar and Dena Hamat, Carly Sugar and Ilan Levy, as well as 10 great-grandchildren Moshe, Temima and Ahvua Weissmann, Ely, Lily and Mika Hatam, Aryeh and Meira Ash, and Reid and Yale Sugar.
We would like to thank Dr. Robin Shear and Dr. Allen Pimienta for their care and compassion as well as our her caregivers Remie and May for their assistance with our mother’s care.
