Robinson, Milton MacKenzie «Mack»… Passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Grace Robinson for over 60 years. Loving father to Andrew Robinson & his wife Barbara of Brantford. Dear grandpa to William and James. Adoring and loyal son to his late mother, Mary Robinson.
Born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto, March 24, 1931, Mack moved with his mother to Trenton in the early 1940s where he met his lifelong best friend Jim Kirk and later, Jim’s wife Iris. Mack was a lover of dogs; he had three himself (Rex, Sandy, and Brandy) and was most recently doggie-grandpa to Daisy. At different points in his life, he was a sail boater, iceboater, snare drummer, and travel trailer enthusiast. In retirement, he and Grace became world travelers and golfers. Through it all, Mack was a follower of Jesus and a longtime member of Grace United Church (now Trenton United Church).
The family will receive friends at the Weaver Life Centre, 29 Bay Street, Trenton on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 9:30-10:30 am, with funeral ceremony to follow at 10:30 am. Interment at White’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Trenton United Church, Summerville Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) or Trenton Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
