It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Maxwell Chatman born November 8th, 1934 to parents, Jenny and Stephen Chatman. Maxwell passed peacefuuly away at the Dr.G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on December 9th, 2023.
Predeceased by his wife, Joan Marie Chatman; parents, Jenny and Stephen Chatman; sisters, Elsie and Maxine.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons, Roger (Lucy), Dave (Jeanette), Hugh and Brian; grandchildren: granddaughter, Holly; grandsons, Steven, Mark, Kirk and Corey; great grandchildren, Cassady, Tyler and Easton; siblings, Les (Francis), Hiram (Blendia), Gary (Theresa), Yvonne, Loretta (Sylivan) and a large circle of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital; we cannot thank you enough for all your care, compassion and thoughtfulness.
Thank you to the EMT’s and First Responders, your help and compassion will never be forgotten.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out in anyway, your kindness is greatly appreciated.
As per Maxwell’s request, cremation will take place and a funeral service will take place at a later date.
