In the loving memory of Mary J. Thorne, who passed away peacefully on Monday June 08, 2024, at The Maison McCulloch Hospice, at the age of 78. Daughter of Jack and Myrtle Horne (both predeceased). Loving wife of James R. Thorne (Jimmy the Poo or Red) Cherished mother of James (Marion) and Joseph. Dear Grandma to Nathaniel and Jacob. Cherished sister of Marilyn (Jack predeceased), Annette predeceased (Gil), Bonnie (Bob), Nancy (Don), Norma, Bill predeceased (Debbie), and Joey predeceased. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Those wishing to make memorial contributions in her name are encouraged to support the Canadian Lung Association for OCPD, The Maison McCulloch Hospice, or Northern Cancer Foundation.
Arrangements have been entrusted with Simple Wishes of the North.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
