GOULET, (GALLANT) Mary Rozella – Remember my smile, my laugh and the good life I had. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Mary Goulet on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in her 91st year. She is now reunited with her husband Raymond of 50 years. Dearly loved mother of Dale, David (Rita), Dennis (Lori), Dean (Mayra), and Julie (Ken) Brousseau. Cherished Nana of Neil, Stephanie, Nicole, Luc, Joseph, Carly, Daniel, Samantha, Sydney, Kimberly (Mike), Amanda (John) and her great grandchild Carter. Predeceased by her father Emile Gallant and mother Annie Carr, sister Madeline (Morris) MacKenzie and brother Joseph (Shirley) Gallant. Fondly remembered by her friends; Cel, Linda, Colleen, and Heather. She always looked forward to those evenings out with the Birthday Club. Mary grew up in St. Catharines and spent many summers in P.E.I with her family. She was employed at Hotel Dieu Hospital in her younger years until finding her true happiness of raising a family. Mary was strong, patient and kind. She was a true gem that touched many lives.
A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Extendicare for the loving care of our mother. Mary spent many days with her family and friends by the campfire watching the sun go down. She had a good life surrounded by good people. She will always be lovingly remembered and forever in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 11 a.m., with a celebration of life to follow.
