Mary Phyllis Villa (nee Colucci)
May 7, 1936 – January 10, 2024
Mary Villa passed away at the age of 87 on January 10, 2024 at the Collingwood General and
Marine Hospital.
For 62 years, Mary was the loving and devoted wife of the late Antonio Villa (2015). Much loved
mother of Tony (Frances), Ann-Marie (Dennis), Bob (Brenda), Dean (Maria), Lisa (the late
Emmerson), and Tina (Greg). Beloved Grandmother of Melissa, Anthony (Elaine), Daniella (Dave),
Lee (Tanya), the late Christine, Nadine, Kristopher (Natalie), Samantha, and Madelyn. Great
Grandmother “GG” of Carter, Sydney, Theo, Kenzie, Levi, Noah, Kristina, Angelina, and Zheniah.
Predeceased by her parents Raphael and Stella Colucci and older brothers Bob, Frank, and
Jimmy. Mary will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family
members and friends.
Mary was born in Toronto, ON and married the love of her life, Tony, at the age of 17. They raised
six children, worked hard, and built a home of love and laughter. They moved to Milton in the
early 1970’s where Mary established roots in the community as a successful Real Estate agent.
She was known for her exuberance and welcoming nature.
Family and friends are invited to visit at McKersie & Early Funeral Home, 114 Main St. E., Milton
(905) 878-4452 from 11 am – 12:30 pm, on Friday, January 12, 2024.
A Catholic Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 pm at Holy Rosary Parish, 139 Martin Street, Milton.
Interment to follow at Milton Evergreen Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of
Mary to Stayner Care Center where she received much love and care in her final few months
would be greatly appreciated.
