With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Martha Garrioch, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, auntie, sister-in-law, cousin and a friend who left us on May 15, 2024.
Martha was a loving and devoted woman who touched many lives of every one she met with her warmth and kindness.
She married to her beloved husband Dr. Sydney Garrioch for 50 years. Together they built a beautiful life centered around their family. She was the proud mother of Delmar and Vicky Garrioch and a doting grandmother to many grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.
She faced health-challenges in her later years, her spirit remained resilient and her love unwavering. She was known her strength, compassion and the profound love she had for her family and friends.
Wake services to celebrate Martha’s life will be on Saturday, May 18, 2024 and Sunday, May 19, 2024 @ Dr. Sydney Garrioch’s residence in Cross Lake. Funeral will take place on Monday, May 20th, 2024 @ Dr. Reverend Johnston Garrioch United Church in Cross Lake.
