It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Marjorie Johnston on October 15, 2023 at Marianhill Hospice in her 85th year. Joining her late husband Murden who she dearly missed. Beloved mother of Jane (Darin) and Dean (Jeris). Cherished Nannie to Lindsay (McKenzie), Brittany (Riley), Scott (Sarah), Riley (Hillary) and Zoe (Ben). Great grandmother of Hadley, Camryn, Jeryn and Deacon, as well as Godson to Jeff Zohr. Predeceased by her parents Pete and Susie MacDonald. Marjorie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and a multitude of friends, including those at Supples Landing.
Professional arrangements entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 am followed by a service in the Zohr Family Chapel at 11:00 am. An interment of Marjorie and Murden will take place at the Douglas Public Cemetery on May 20, 2024, which would have been their 65th wedding anniversary.
