God called Maria peacefully on Saturday May 6, 2023 at the age of 74. She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Manuel. Cherished by her dear children Aldina (Norberto) and Cidalia (Carlos). Proud Avó to Daniella, Vanessa and Lucas. Maria is reunited in heaven with her sister Ermelinda (Jose Manuel). Maria will always be remembered by her siblings Silvina, Amelia (Joao) and Olinda (Joao). She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Maria may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin St. 416-656-3332) on Monday, May 8th, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Roman Catholic Church. (706 Old Weston Rd. Toronto).
