McCoy, Marguerite Rose McCoy
With broken hearts the family of Marguerite Rose McCoy (Belding) announces her passing on July 3, 2024, Born in Woodstock on November 22, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Madelene Belding.
Mom worked at Baxter’s Convenience Store for many years until her retirement. She would always say it was the best of times talking and having coffee with all her customers and friends whom she cherished.
Marguerite is survived by her children David McCoy (Kim), Rhonda (Stu), Wade (Joan), Michael. Jamie. Grandchildren, Madeline, Adele, Justin, Jaclyn, Destin, Jayden, Kayden, Gracey, Crystal, Chris, Nicholas, Aaron, Kayla and Nicole along with several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also, special niece & best friend Pam, special friends Wendy and Sonya.
Marguerite was predeceased by her husband of 60 years Ed McCoy, her Son Jody McCoy, her father Roy Belding, Mother Madelene Belding, sisters Evelyn, Roberta, Muriel, brothers Vernon, Clyde, Belmont, Grand daughter Natalie, daughters-in-law Tammy McCoy and Vera McCoy.
The family would like to, thank Dr. Simon, Dr. Gaudet, Marilyn and Stephanie. Special thanks to 4AN at the Saint John Regional for the exceptional care and kindness that you provided to our Mother.
We will forever miss her wonderful smile, caring ways and unconditional love. Tear drops, slow and steady. The pain so real and true. God took another angel, and that angel, Mom, was you, Rest in Peace. Momma, until we meet again.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rood, Saint John (506-646-2424). Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 9th at 2:30 PM. Immediately following the service, burial will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Golden Grove Road.
For those who wish, memorial donations in memory of Marguerite can be made towards the Saint John Regional Hospital (4AN Transitional Care Unit).
