Marjorie Catherine (Meyers) Fizell-Miller of Listowel passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 18, 2024 in her 91st year.
Wife of the late Bob Fizell and the late Bill Miller.
Mother of Cathy & Barry Buchanan, Pat Fizell, Linda & Harold Illman, and Connie & Joe Crosby, all of Listowel, and mother-in-law of Brenda & Jim Quail of Listowel.
Grandmother of Ben & Christine Fizell, Dan Fizell, Curtis Fizell & Shelley Groshaw, Carrie & Shawn Johnston, Christine & Gene Johnston, Chad Pestell, Corey & Holly Illman, Kelly-Jo Machan & Rob, Jody Illman, Kirk & Michelle Baillie, Leslie & Terry Brown, and Candace & Jesse Louttit, and great-grandmother of Mary, Sarah, Benn, Katelyn, Denise, Claire, Devin, Cailyn, Ocean, Austin, Adrian, Damon, Aysha, Dylan, Nate, Wade, Bryce, Aleah, Owen, and Annabelle.
Sister of Leander and Cathy Meyers of Hanover, and remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Leander and Elizabeth (Voisin) Meyers, brother Leonard Meyers, son Gary Fizell, infant daughter Julie-Ann, and by her grandson Craig Pestell.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
Interment will be held in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery, Mitchell.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
Marge’s family is grateful for the kindness and care provided by Caressant Care Nursing Home in Listowel, and for the excellent and compassionate care provided by Dr. Nicole Conners as well as the nurses and staff at Listowel Memorial Hospital.
