OBITUARY
Margaret (Marga) (Kopp) Rehor Boljevic
October 1, 1931 -March 23 -2024
93, formerly of Cambridge passed away on March 23 at the Palmerston Hospital
Born in Nuremberg, Germany, she was the daughter of Josef and Barbara
(Furmann) Kopp
After immigrating to Canada (Montreal) after the war, she and her Husband
finally settled in Cambridge Ont with their 2 daughters. Marga was a laborer and
proudly worked in a mill. She was an independent woman, up until her final years
quite often taking the bus alone to the Mall and for groceries, she climbed 3
flights of stairs daily to get to her apartment even at 93 years young.
Marga is survived by her loving daughters, Sonja Dawson and her husband
Murray and Maria Daly and her husband Mike. She was a devoted grandmother to
Heidi Olds (Jamie), Mick Olds, Joey Daly, Michael Daly (Evelina) , Ashley Daly. She
was Oma to great grandkids Hailey, Brihanna, Alexis, Audrina, Anthony, Marcus,
Sophia, Nickolas, and Gabriel. She was also the sister of Annelise Seigfried,
Monika Pescosolido, Irma Horak and Theo Kopp.
Margas favorite time of year was Christmas eve, she loved spending that time
with her family, specifically her grandkids and great grandkids. Christmas with
Oma meant we would be treated to delicious Rum cake, Lebkuchen and
Krautsalat. Words can not express how grateful we all are for all that you have
done and the impact you had on all of us! We love you and hope that you’re
enjoying your favorite German Music and dancing the Polka in Heaven.
Special thanks to the nurses and PSWS at Caressant Care Nursing Home in
Harriston and to the doctors and nurses at the Palmerston Hospital.
Cremation has taken place.
In loving memory…. Those that we love never really go away. In our hearts they
walk besides us each day. Unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still
missed, and very dear.
