Marcus Weinkauf passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family at Red Deer Regional Hospital, Red Deer, Alberta on December 14, 2023 at the age of 90 years.
Marcus is survived by: his loving Wife, Bernie Weinkauf of 68 years; children, Doug (Cathy), (Linda), Tim (Sandy), Charlene (Pius Heffner), Glenn, Kory, Sherry (Jamie Janke);
grandchildren, Amanda (Scott), Amy (Jason), Crystal (Rodney), Jon (Alisha), Melissa (Garrett); Brandy, Braydon; Marcus (Jenna), Jodi-Lynn (Corey), Kimberly (Landon), Michael (Brittni); Dustin (Ashley), Colin (Riki-Lee); Jennilee (Clayton), Sheena (Cory), Nicholas (Mandy), Jordan (Kassey); Matteya (René), Taylin, and Taryk;
great-grandchildren, Keanna, Chloe, Kieran (Dylan), Kache, Emerson, Abbygale, Brielle, Lincoln, Ava, Aria, Oaklyn, Nixon; Penelope, Theodore, Cayden, Jayce, Jenaeya, Kiptyn, Kaleb, Kyron, Charlette; Sierra, Ryker, Bennet, Finley; Rylyne, Kacey, Delainey, Willoh, Kaegan, Wynsor, Everleigh, Kruz, Jorja;
great-great-grandchildren, Coy and Hesston.
Marcus is predeceased by: his sons, Kevin, Allan, and Wayne; parents, Alex and Anna; great-granddaughter, Hope Sieben.
The Funeral Service for Marcus will be conducted from St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
Donations in memory of Marcus may be made to The Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton (Seminarian Education Fund – Newmann College).
