It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Vera “Lynn” Wrigglesworth, who peacefully left us on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the Georgetown Hospital. Lynn was the cherished wife of Allan for 58 years, a loving mother to Ryan (Michelle) of Elmira, and a proud grandmother to Leia, Maxton, James, Kourtney, and Willow.
Lynn was the dear sister of Eloise (Warren) and a beloved sister-in-law to June, George, and Mike. She was predeceased by her sister, Karen. Lynn will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members, all of whom she touched with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Saturday, January 11, 2025 to honour Lynn’s memory and the legacy she leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Georgetown Hospital.
Lynn’s love and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
