Passed away on April 20 ,2023. She is finally free of pain. She loved her children more than anything and they both were by her side as she moved on. She loved to garden , sit by the lake and watch the sunrise and set . She loved her grandchildren, she was the kind of grandmother that would play anything from basketball to playing cards. She wants to be remembered by her zest for life and her compassion and love for nature. She is survived by her sister Pauline Racicot, and by her best friend and father of her children Allan Connolly. Widow of Wayne Nelson. She is survived by her son Roger (Josee), daughter Julie (Donald), grandchildren Dillon, Kelsey, Hayley, Joshua, and Riley and recognizes Sam and Lyla as her grandchildren as well.
She has requested no funeral services but instead to have a celebration of life in honour instead. We will post the date in the near future. In her memory, donations to Hospice Renfrew who took such care of our Mom in her final days.
