The family announces the peaceful passing of Len on March 9, 2023, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband to Carole (nee Cliche) Maurice. Loving father to Victor Maurice (Bernice), Kenny Maurice (Susan), Terry Maurice (Violet), Kimberly- Anne Gauthier (Patrick), Wendy Maurice (Brian), Randy Maurice, and Mark Pigeau. Cherished grandfather to Andrea, Cassie, Ashley, TJ, Shelby, Victoria, Sadie, Alex, Scott, Dustin, Ty, and Brooke and great grandfather to Rosie, Teddy, Beau, Rory, Grayson, Mayan and Kairo. Len was predeceased by his son Leonard Jr., his parents Henry and Angeline (nee Belanger) Maurice, and his brothers Ronald, Allan and Ernie.
The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, between the hours of 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be conducted in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 18, 2023, at 11 am. Interment will follow at St Mary’s Cemetery.
