BURGER, KEN (May 19 1947 – Aug 17 2023) Passed peacefully at home, with his family by his side, after a long battle with cancer. Loving husband to Margaret (Overton). Father to Luke and Sheri, and Kenneth Junior from prior marriage. Survived by his sister Marjorie Carthew, and grandchildren Kylie and Kevin Gale, and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his parents Orval and Ella Burger, brothers Basil, Carl, Gary, Orvile, Arnold and sisters Marilyn Burger, Joyce Burger and Madeline Burger. Ken will be remembered and missed by Sister in law Dianne Purdy (Overton), brother in law Dave (Lynn) Overton, sister in law Laura Burger, and many friends. Special thanks to neighbour Patricia, and nurses Kim and Jocelyn. There will be no service or visitation. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
