Obituary of Keith Nelson Hennessey
Keith Nelson Hennessey, 56, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024 at home with his family by his side.
Born in new Glasgow he was the son of Lawrence Nelson Hennessey and Carolyn Ann (MacKenzie) Hennessey. He was employed with Casey Concreate for the past several years where he enjoyed his work as well being around his “Work Family”. In his free time, he loved to spend time at the beach and going for long drives. Keith enjoyed working with his hands and was always working on a project. He enjoyed helping his family. He was afffectionately known as «Mamma’s Boy». His love of family knew no bounds.
Surviving besides his parents are his sons, Travis Hennessey, Thorburn; Brett Hennessey, New Glasgow; sisters, Carol Ann (Dave) Steele, New Glasgow; Natasha (Keith) Hill, Linacy; nieces, Alisha, Katie, Hailey and Mackenzie; nephews; Hughie, Samuel, Tanner, Landon; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Marion MacKenzie; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Alva Hennessey.
Keith’s family has celebrated his life privately. Interment was held in Lorne Street Cemetery, New Glasgow.
