We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Kathleen Rachel Pronteau, long term partner of Joseph Robinson, Mother of Rocky, Randy, Rachel, Corey, Justin, Giselle and friend to many.
Kathleen passed at the Thompson General Hospital with family by her side on September 21st, 2024 at the age of 57 years. The Lord called onto Kathleen to join her side.
Kathleen was born in Thompson, Manitoba on March 17, 1967 and raised in Thicket Portage. While growing up, she enjoyed playing bingo and cards with friends and family. She left home at 16 and met Joe in 1990. When she came back to Thompson, she worked as a housekeeper at the Ma-Mow-We-Tak.
Kathleen will be lovingly remembered by:
Her long term partner of 35 years Joe.
Children: Rocky, Randy (Lisa), Corey, Rachel (Jamie), Justin, Giselle (Aaron)
Grandchildren: NaNa’s, McKayla, Dhillon, McKenna, Jay Jay, Honora, Harmony, Dakota, Hayven, Hunter, Rhianne, Chance, Brylee, Ariane, Kyle, Xavier, Quinton, Trey
Sisters: Louise (Russel), Karen, Phyllis (Coconut), Doris
Brothers: Robert (Charlene), Alfred (Kim), Lawrence (Joyce), Richard (Flo), Walter (Sarah)
Kathleen was predeceased by:
Parents: Robert and Rosalie Parenteau
Sisters: Virginia, Veronica
Brothers: Allan Pronteau, John Pronteau, Steven Pronteau
Grandchildren: Jersey Brooks, Angeline
Brothers in law: Clifford Ross, Johnny Crait, Johnny Moore
Nieces: Jennifer Crait, Ariel Scatch, Renee Pronteau
Nephews: George Crait, Kameron Mercredi, Harry Crait, Knute Bear
